Kiwi Can

Today it was our first day for kiwi can in term one week 2 . Our kiwi can leaders \ teachers were Miss Paige and Mr Alapati .  At first we had to go and make a circle , then we talked about our theme and our Topic . Our theme is positive relationships and our topic is Positive communications . Then we talked about our Kiwi can rules . 1 of the rules were no talking while our kiwi can teachers are talking and there were much more . 

We also had a new catch phrase and it was " kiwi can says never give up and try your best " .  

Then we got straight into a energizer the first energizer that we played was called eyes up eyes down . So basically how you play this is you have to get into a circle (standing up ) and someone would say eyes up or eyes down . If someone said eyes down you will have to look down and then if that person then said eyes up than you will have to look at someone and if that person is looking at you your out but if that person isn't looking at you your still out . Another game that we played was called midnight  .basically at first we had to find yourself a partner then we had to number our self's off from 1 and 2 . Then one of our kiwi can teachers would call out a number and we would have to run around our partner and then run around our  circle and go in the middle into a hoop if our group was last then we would be out . Then we went inside and talked more about our theme and topic .

Kiwi Can

Today for kiwi can we played games and this one is could 21 .
You basically get in a circle and u use a ball and throw it to each other counting up to 21 and if your the number 21 your out . then when it comes to the last 5 people they take 1 step and start again the winner when we played this game was mr Matt our kiwi can teacher .

After that we had to get into a circle and we had to say who is our role model like our Mum,dad, Sisters or even famous people , almost everyone had a turn but some people were a little shy to say it but it ok . This was really fun for me because I got to play games and also meet a new kiwi can teacher Mr Latu .
And also today we had a new kiwi can teacher could Mr Latu and he was just like watching and he also showed us a video of Mr Matt singing because he is very interested in Music and musicians . We also learned how to be a role model .

Kiwi Can

Today we had kiwi Can  . we played 2 games as our energizer 1 was could charades and the other 1was could paper seizers rock  .

the other game was charades and this game is how mrs lily and mr matt put us in groups of 3 and we had to pick someone one at a time and mrs lily had to tell them something to act and they had to act it without talking .

Our last game we played was paper seizers rock and we had to get into partners and had to verse each other and hoever wins gets to be the leader .
LI: Was to listen to all teachers and to make sure to be supportive .

What Did you Learn ? I learned how to play game's .

How Did you learn ? I learned this by trying to be a good rolmottel and listening to teachers when they are talking .
