Kiwi Can

Today we had kiwi Can  . we played 2 games as our energizer 1 was could charades and the other 1was could paper seizers rock  .

the other game was charades and this game is how mrs lily and mr matt put us in groups of 3 and we had to pick someone one at a time and mrs lily had to tell them something to act and they had to act it without talking .

Our last game we played was paper seizers rock and we had to get into partners and had to verse each other and hoever wins gets to be the leader .
LI: Was to listen to all teachers and to make sure to be supportive .

What Did you Learn ? I learned how to play game's .

How Did you learn ? I learned this by trying to be a good rolmottel and listening to teachers when they are talking .

Addition and Subtraction .

  Today for maths we had to answer questions and see if they were addition or subtraction.

Today for reading we learned about activating prior knowledge about the census why we do it and why its good to do it .

Kiwi Sport

Today for kiwi sport we learnt how to pitch. The equipment that was included was softball and bases. The bases were called home bass,first bass,second bass and third bass. Our warm up was when we had to run around in a circle but also touching the basses. We split into 2 teams one person would have to run around and touch the bass with their feet and they would have to get around as fast as the could. When everyone finished the results were in. Unfortunately both teams had a tie. I was hoping my team won but not
Then the next one we were pitching and1 side had the people throwing and the other catching .
we had our teacher kate and she told us what to do and also before we threw the ball we had to make the letters L K and then flick our risk .

LI: Was to listen to Kate and  make sure follow the rules .

 Today we went to kiwi can we walked in and we played the game hamer and we had to get into a partner and prentend that our hands were the hamer .
then we haad to try and hamer our hand and if you miss then you then you have to sit by the wall .

LI: Was to listen to teachers at all time including Kiwi can .




The next game we played was copy me  .
so we had to get in 3 lines and Mr Ogilvie , Mrs Lilly and Mr Matt had to make up a little dance and 1 of the teachers had to tell 1 of the student and then 1 of the students and to pass it on until it was the last person .
What Did you Learn ? I learned how to play hamer and copy me .
How did you Learn ? I learned this by listening to the teachers .

This vs That .

LI: Was to try to find the difference of the of the olympics and Panmure bridge .
I learned how to find the difference of the olympics and my school  and i also learned how to say my school whakatauki . I learned this by the help of my buddy .
Also most of them a compared because half of them are about Panmure bridge and the other half is all about the olympics.
